An Invitation to Deanery Eco Day

An Invitation to a Lyme Bay Eco Deanery Day about Care of Creation through Eco Church.

Revd Cally Burch, the Parish of Bridport Eco Church team and members of the Salisbury Diocese Mission, Ministry & buildings teams would like to invite you to a Deanery Day about Care of Creation through Eco Church.

If you can come, please fill out this form https://forms.office.com/e/qW1vPjSG2Y so we can tailor the day to what best suits you and help you book into to see a member of the Diocese net zero or buildings team if you wish to. If you prefer you can let us know you are coming by emailing Lorna Johnson, her contact details are above. Or give her a call, the telephone number is below.

It is also Bridport Charter Day so a great opportunity to enjoy that event either side of our event. If you are coming by car, we have secured free parking for you at the St Mary’s Primary school, Skilling Hill Road, DT6 5LA, (turning opposite Morrisons,) and there is a public car park next door. Please lift share where possible. After the tour of the Primary School there is a short walk along the river to St Mary’s Church 84 South Street DT63NW. If you need parking closer to the church, please email us or add this into the booking form below.

Filling out the Energy Footprint tool for each church is on everyone’s mind at the moment, if you are struggling with it, you can bring along your energy bill for 2024 and Jarrod Hill our new net zero decarbonisation officer can help you submit it on the day. His contact if you would like help in the meantime is jarrod.hill@salisbury.anglican.org 01722 411922 ext. 348.
