The Team Rector has received several messages today regarding flying the flag at half mast over Beaminster church.
Just before the Covid pandemic our flag flying equipment broke. And while we have sourced new equipment during lockdown we were unable to find a company willing or able to fit this equipment under lockdown rules.
And so we are currently unable to safely fly a flag over the church – either fully, or at half mast.
