In the third week of the Generous Giving Campaign we are thinking about thanksgiving, being grateful to God for all he has given us.
A number of churches are celebrating Harvest this week, so it ties in well with our desire to give thanks for the Harvest, for our local farmers and for the food we consume.
I came across this clip on YouTube about a generous CEO and his desire to change the pay of his employees. It was a hugely generous act which defied the conventions of capitalism. I found it a really interesting news story and watch out for the act of thanksgiving at the end.
