Parish Safeguarding Officer (PSO)

We are seeking to recruit a member of our church community who has a passion for keeping people safe, has a good understanding of technology and an ability to follow clearly defined protocols in accordance with our safeguarding requirements. As the PSO, you will be aware of and comply with safeguarding responsibilities and liaise with other church leaders as appropriate. You will need good administrative skills to ensure data is stored securely, and accurate records are maintained. There will be a requirement to undergo relevant training and regular supervision meetings.

Community Event Volunteer

We are seeking people who are interested in building relationships, strengthening communities, bringing different generations together, creating opportunities, and supporting one another. This means working with children, families, and the wider community, in a respectful, friendly, and inclusive way. Volunteers will be recruited in line with our safeguarding standards and will be required to complete all relevant training and checks.
