Easter Sunday Worship at Home

We are not able to gather physically to worship today. However, we remember that although we may be apart, we can still worship together. Here are some resources and suggestions to help you worship at home and join together as the body of Christ.

On Easter day at 6am we will live stream a short service on our Facebook Page. This service will include lighting the Easter Candle, the Exultet and the Easter Gospel. You do not need to sign up to Facebook to watch, just click the link above.

If you’d like to join Rev Jo and many others for coffee at 10am on Easter Day via Zoom then use this Zoom invitation link.

You can watch the latest episode of Rev David and Jo’s weekly Rev Chat video podcast over on our YouTube page.

And now below our main Easter Sunday service for you to join in the worship at home.

Collect for Easter Day

Lord of all life and power,
who through the mighty resurrection of your Son
overcame the old order of sin and death
to make all things new in him:
grant that we, being dead to sin
and alive to you in Jesus Christ,
may reign with him in glory;
to whom with you and the Holy Spirit
be praise and honour, glory and might,
now and in all eternity.

All  Amen.
